Our New TCY CASEMAKER
Lesters are delighted to announce the installation of our new TCY CASEMAKER. The move marks a significant investment as we continue to adopt the latest technologies and specialist production techniques to increase the quality of our end product.
Boasting a maximum blank size of 2500x4800mm, the investment is expected to significantly increase both quality and efficiency on large format & heavy-duty case work, enhancing our position in the market as the big box specialists.
The machine can produce a full range of corrugate board grades, from single wall through to triple wall. It allows for in-line die-cutting, glueing, and stitching, with flexographic print available in up to two colours to meet the exact needs of our customers.
